E-Waste is important for everyone to understand. If our old computers and electronic items are not disposed of in the correct way, it is very harmful for humans and the environment. Many items like lead, cadmium, beryllium, mercury and several others are harmful to humans, animals and the earth. Landfills are not set up to dispose of these items correctly. Alpco Recycling, Inc. works with Regional Computer Recycling & Recovery to dispose of all our e-waste in a proper and controlled manner. We charge for TV's and Computer Monitors Only. See the list below for everything we take for a charge and what we take FREE.
TV's:
- Small TV's Under 19 inch Screens - no charge as of 1/11/11
- Large TV's Over 20 inch Screens - no charge as of 1/11/11
Computer Monitors:
- ALL Computer Monitors - no charge as of 1/11/11
- (this includes the LCD Monitors as Well)

We do NOT take Microwaves as a FREE item.
They will be a trash cost of .10 per pound.
