The Residential Recycling

We currently accept the following types of material for recycling:

• Newspaper, magazines, phone books, paperbacks
• Cardboard boxes, food packaging, pizza boxes, Kleenex, shoe boxes, etc.
• Office paper, junk mail, homework (after it's been graded!). (Shredded or Whole)
• Plastics - #1 and #2 ONLY - Please Rinse All Containers
• Metals, aluminum foil, tin cans, aluminum cans, steel cans, jar lids
• Glass: brown, green, and clear (cannot be plate glass such as windows)
• Refrigerators, dehumidifiers, washers, dryers, stoves, hot water heaters, etc. (we cannot take microwaves as a free drop off item, they would be a trash item)
• FREE Battery recycling, household batteries (alkaline and lithium) & car batteries
